We value our clients and strive to ensure their satisfaction with every purchase. Below are the terms and conditions for exchanges and refunds:
Exchange Policy
1. Eligibility
– Exchanges are allowed for purchases made within Pakistan.
– Any article purchased can be exchanged within 3 days of the purchase date.
2. Conditions for Exchange
– Exchanges are possible if the article received is damaged or has size issues.
– The article must be unused, with all tags intact, and the packaging must be in its original condition
3. Non-Exchangeable Items
– Articles purchased on sale or at a discount cannot be exchanged.
4. Procedure
– To initiate an exchange, contact our customer service department by emailing us at contact@signaturefabrics.pk, messaging us on Facebook or Instagram, or calling us at +923345206127.
– Provide all the required information, and if all conditions are met, we will provide you with the address to ship the article to us.
– After we receive the article, we will dispatch the new piece.
